Remoulade Sauce
[Stocks and Sauces]
150ml/¼ pint mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ tablespoon finely chopped capers
½ tablespoon finely chopped gherkin
½ tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon or chervil
1 anchovy fillet, finely chopped
Mix all the ingredients together.
