[Stocks and Sauces]
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
6 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
salt and freshly ground black
pepper

Put mustard in a small bowl
and gradually whisk in the oil, then the vinegar. Mix in the dill and season
to taste.

Put all the ingredients into a
screw topped jar.
