4 eggs

Chop the chocolate into even
sized pieces. Put into a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Allow it to
melt.

Separate the eggs.

Whisk the egg white to a
medium peak. Stir the melted chocolate into the egg yolks. Mix well. Fold
the whites into the chocolate mixture.

Turn immediately into serving
dishes or glasses.

Chill until set, preferably
overnight, but for at least 4 hours.
