225g/8oz cream cheese

1 tablespoon soured cream

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

salt and freshly ground black pepper

a little milk

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the soured cream and chives, season with salt and pepper and add enough milk to bring the dip to the required consistency.
